Traveling with Pets
Include them on the adventure
Rules
Booking and Equipment
With the exception of registered service animals, all pets must travel in an approved kennel appropriate for their size. To ensure your pet’s spot, you must make a reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure.
In-Transit Behavior
Pets are required to remain in their kennels for the duration of the trip. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, pets must not negatively impact others (e.g., barking). For the safety of all passengers, owners will be asked to de-board at the next stop if a pet is disruptive or distracts the driver.
Comfort Breaks
We understand that long trips can be taxing. We make frequent stops along our route to ensure both passengers and pets have regular opportunities to get out and stretch.
Boarding and Storage
Kennels are permitted on bus seats if space is available. However, if the bus is at capacity, kennels must be stored in the rear luggage compartment. We recommend checking in early to secure the best possible spot for your pet.
